Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Dan's Cabinets ordering site. By using an access code to browse or place an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Who can use this site

This is a wholesale ordering tool for approved contractors and trade accounts. Access codes are issued to a business and are meant for that business only — keep yours private. You're responsible for orders placed under your code. Let us know right away if you think it's been shared or misused.

Orders and review

Submitting an order sends it to us — it isn't final yet. A real person reviews every order, confirming products, modifications, cuts, and final pricing, usually within one business day before it goes to production. We may contact you about anything that needs clarifying, and either of us can adjust or cancel an order before it's released to production.

Pricing and payment

Prices reflect your account pricing and can change based on Fabuwood's current pricing, modifications, and freight. The pricing confirmed at review is the one that applies to your order. Orders are invoiced — we don't take card payments on this site. Invoices are due per the terms stated on the invoice.

Products, availability, and accuracy

Catalog details, images, and availability come from Fabuwood and are provided as-is. We do our best to keep them accurate, but door styles, finishes, and stock can change, and occasional errors happen. If something on an order can't be supplied as shown, we'll reach out before proceeding.

Changes, returns, and cancellations

Because cabinets are built to order, returns and cancellations after an order is released to production are subject to Fabuwood's policies and any applicable restocking or cancellation charges. Inspect deliveries on arrival and report damage or shortages promptly so we can help resolve them.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, Dan's Cabinets isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
